Project Description

Under this project, KPITBoard is establishing seven (07) Digital Connects across merged districts for empowering the youth of merged districts.

The facility includes:

  • Training Centers for the youth on Employable Digital Skills.
  • Co-Working Space of 350 seats for the trained youth, where they can work on freelancing and earn money.
  • ICT Community Space, where the local youth can utilize the space to fulfill their daily ICT needs.

Objectives

The objective is to develop a thriving ecosystem across merged districts of KPI to support innovation with a core foundation of large digital skill workforce.

  • Linkages Development with ICT Industry.
  • Development of Web-Portal/LMS
  • Initially free of cost and subsidized cost training and later paid training for sustainability.
